Cordon Bleu Casserole

Prep time: 15 minutes
Yield: 8 to 10 servings
Bake: 30 minutes
350 degrees

4 cups cubed cooked turkey
1/8 tsp dry mustard
3 cups cubed cooked ham
1/8 ground nutmeg
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups light cream
1 tsp dill weed
Topping:
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 TBL butter, melted
1/4 tsp dill week
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

In large boil, combine turkey, ham and cheese; set aside. In sauce pan, saute onion in butter until tender. Add flour; stir to form paste. Gradually add cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil: boil 1 minute or until thick. Add dill, mustard and nutmeg; mix well. Remove from heat and pour over meat mixture. Spoon into a grease 9x13 inch baking dish. Toss bread crumbs, butter, and dill; stir in cheese and walnuts. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 min, or heated through.
